Appliance Repair Invoice Software — Estimate to Paid in One Workflow
Give the customer up to three estimate options; the one they sign becomes the invoice, and billing goes out from the same job record.
This guide shows how estimates and invoices work in Taskrol: build up to three estimate options for the customer — the estimate and the invoice are one document, and the option the customer signs becomes the invoice — then send billing straight from the job record.
Because the estimate and the invoice are one document on the job, the parts and labor you already logged carry over automatically — no re-entering line items, and a clear paper trail from quote to payment.

After you generate an invoice, you usually know whether the customer is ready to move forward with the repair. If the customer does not approve the repair right away, you can mark the invoice as an estimate and send it to the customer. In this case, the customer only pays the service call fee while the full estimate and all repair details remain available to them.
The customer cannot pay without signing the document from their phone first. You can also open the payment details and see exactly what was paid. If you added a payment markup or processing fee, it will be shown in the payment details as well. If the customer decides to approve the repair later, they simply tap approve estimate and sign the estimate approval from their phone.
Once the estimate is approved, Taskrol automatically converts it back into an invoice. The customer can then pay the remaining balance right away. You will see this update immediately in your account. If you need to resign the estimate or approve an invoice manually, you can do it directly from your mobile phone screen.
And if the job was already marked as completed, Taskrol will automatically move it back to in progress so you do not miss it. You will also see it in need attention reminders. This way, Taskrol keeps everything connected. You do not need to create a separate estimate and invoice. It is one document that can work as both.
