Per successful card transaction
3.4% + $0.30
3.4% of the payment amount plus $0.30 (USD). Passed through on customer invoice payments.
What this covers
- When you send an invoice and your customer pays by card in Taskrol (web or mobile app).
- Payouts to your linked bank account after processing (standard payout timing applies).
- Tips and taxes are included in the amount the fee is calculated on.
What this does not cover
- Your Taskrol subscription (CRM plans, add-ons, Voice & SMS) — see pricing.
- Chargebacks and disputes — handled through the card network dispute process.
- Cash, check, or other offline payments you record in Taskrol (no card processing fee).
Example
A customer pays a $200.00 invoice by card:
Fee ≈ $200 × 3.4% + $0.30 = $7.10
Exact amounts may vary slightly with rounding; your payment receipt is authoritative.
