Solo is appliance repair CRM and field service software for an owner-operator. It includes unlimited jobs and customers, scheduling, appliance history, parts, van and warehouse inventory, estimates, invoices, signatures, and card-payment workflows for one technician and one company. There is no trial clock on Solo.
Basic and Pro are for businesses that need AI-generated invoices, additional users, multiple companies, and team workflows, and Pro adds a shared company warehouse. Voice & SMS and the AI Agent are optional add-ons, so a small repair business can begin with the free CRM and add paid tools only when they are useful.
